Technical Expert - SAP Ariba Senior

The expected activities will focus on technical design for continuous improvement projects.

by ensuring integration with the rest of the IS (mainly SAP ERP):

The consultant will be responsible for:

• Managing the integration of software solutions within complex and heterogeneous IT ecosystems.
• Mastering data exchange technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, Middleware, ETL) to ensure system interoperability.
• Oversee the management of environments (Test, Production) and the smoothness of technical deployments.
• Anticipate and mitigate technical risks, technological debt, and impacts on existing architecture.
• Technical expertise on the SAP ecosystem connected to SAP Ariba (CIG/SAP Integration Suite, CPI, Ariba Router, BTP, API calls, etc.)
• Coordination with the TMA (including expert support) and project teams
• Optimization and securing of the current solution
• Addressing new needs and designing solutions, particularly in AI
• Drafting and maintaining specific documentation

Required skills

• Mastering data exchange technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, Middleware, ETL) to ensure system interoperability.
• Oversee the management of environments (Test, Production) and the smoothness of technical deployments.
• Anticipate and mitigate technical risks, technological debt, and impacts on existing architecture.
• Significant experience in SAP ARIBA technical expertise (Guided Sourcing, SLP, Classic & Guided Buying) with ideally certification in the various modules
• Technical proficiency in SAP Business Network
• Proficiency in integrating SAP Ariba and CIG APIs as well as with SAP ERP systems (ECC, S/4 Hana)
• Knowledge of non-merchandise purchasing processes and related accounting processes
• Technical and functional understanding of P2P and S2C flows
• Strong analytical skills and ability to proactively solve problems
• Knowledge of Google Suite tools
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence tools
• Fluent French and English
• Experience in the retail/mass distribution sector would be an advantage.
• Meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and excellence
