Experienced Technical/Functional Testing/QA

In this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Automate functional and BDD testing.

Design, execute and maintain structured manual testing campaigns

Validate APIs and application flows with Postman (tests, collections, automation)

Manage versioning, continuous integration, and collaboration via GitLab

Write clear and actionable test scenarios to ensure reliable software quality

SKILLS :

Perform technical (METI, WMS, APPRO-VISION, Q.Commerce) and functional tests and participate in end-to-end testing with other systems. (Regression testing and technical requirements testing).

Good knowledge of the IT architectures of large companies, strong interpersonal skills, resistance to pressure and business requirements.

Design the test strategy and manage the overall test plan to ensure comprehensive coverage and rigorous validation of requirements

Analyze the EPICs and User Stories (written in Gherkin) to define relevant test scenarios

Implement, maintain, and improve automated tests to optimize the continuous validation process

Supervise the execution of tests (manual and automated) and ensure the management of anomalies (identification, prioritization, follow-up)

Collaborating closely with the Product and Development teams to ensure quality and compliance with requirements

Monitor quality indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvement actions

Use and master testing tools: Jira, Xray, Cucumber, Gherkin, Postman, SoapUI

Leveraging GitLab for CI/CD and collaboration with development teams

Working according to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog management)

Leveraging ISTQB best practices to strengthen the rigor and traceability of tests

Knowledge of Agile project management methods (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog)

Excellent written and oral communication: Good written and oral communication in French for smooth interactions with the profession.

Analytical mindset and continuous improvement: Ability to evaluate code and its impacts, as well as to question existing solutions in order to improve them.

Ability to step back and reflect: Ability to objectively assess problems and propose solutions for improvement.

Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
