Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise on precision irrigation systems, soil science, and analysis to optimize crop yields.
- Manage pests and diseases through integrated pest management (IPM) practices to minimize chemical usage.
- Implement climate adaptation strategies to mitigate the impact of changing weather patterns on agricultural production.
- Conduct arboriculture work to maintain healthy tree populations and prevent damage from insects or disease.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in horticulture, agriculture, or related field.
- Diploma holder in Any Specialization; relevant certifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of precision irrigation systems, soil science principles, IPM techniques, climate change impacts on agriculture.
