Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of software solutions for clients, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Configure, customize, and integrate software products according to client needs and best practices.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support during and after implementation to resolve issues and ensure user adoption.
- Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, support, and sales to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to guarantee optimal performance.
- Monitor project progress, report on milestones, and proactively address potential risks or delays.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, updates, and industry trends to provide expert guidance.
- Gather client feedback and relay insights to internal teams for continuous product and process improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Males Only.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software deployment methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience with configuring and customizing enterprise software applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
