Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed technical drawings, construction documents, and shop drawings for F&B and restaurant interior fit-out projects.

Translate design concepts into precise, buildable solutions aligned with site conditions and project requirements.

Coordinate with design teams, project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is achieved during execution.

Prepare detailed joinery, ceiling, lighting, and material specifications.

Conduct site inspections to verify implementation and resolve design or technical issues.

Ensure all drawings meet local standards, codes, and fit-out guidelines.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

5 years above of experience in technical design and fit-out drawings, preferably for F&B or hospitality projects.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and MS Office (Revit is a plus).

Strong knowledge of materials, detailing, and construction methods.

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
