Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide level 1 and 2 technical support (remote and on-site)
  • Diagnose and resolve IT incidents (workstations, printers, network, etc.)
  • Manage tickets via our RMM platform
  • Install, configure and maintain computer equipment (Windows, servers, NAS, routers)
  • Participate in system monitoring and failure prevention
  • Supporting users and offering tailored solutions
  • Document interventions and follow internal procedures

Comp tences techniques :

  • Ma trise de Windows 10/11, Windows Server (AD, DNS, GPO, RDS)
  • Solid understanding of networking (DHCP, VPN, routing, Wi-Fi, firewalls)
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity (antivirus, backups, MFA)

Soft skills :

  • Good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service
  • Autonomy, rigor and responsiveness
  • Ability to manage priorities and work in a team
  • Formation et exp rience :
  • Desired experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position

One more thing:

  • Certifications Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, etc.
