Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide level 1 and 2 technical support (remote and on-site)
- Diagnose and resolve IT incidents (workstations, printers, network, etc.)
- Manage tickets via our RMM platform
- Install, configure and maintain computer equipment (Windows, servers, NAS, routers)
- Participate in system monitoring and failure prevention
- Supporting users and offering tailored solutions
- Document interventions and follow internal procedures
Comp tences techniques :
- Ma trise de Windows 10/11, Windows Server (AD, DNS, GPO, RDS)
- Solid understanding of networking (DHCP, VPN, routing, Wi-Fi, firewalls)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity (antivirus, backups, MFA)
Soft skills :
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service
- Autonomy, rigor and responsiveness
- Ability to manage priorities and work in a team
- Formation et exp rience :
- Desired experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position
One more thing:
- Certifications Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, etc.
