Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1) Review projects design drawings in-collaboration with design team
2) Complete/Issue landscape technical shop drawings following approved quality standards in timely manner after coordination with technical senior.
Coordinate different engineering trades to complete required technical drawings in timely manner as per approved standards
3) Coordinate with operations team as-built drawings in order to be well coordinated with working drawings packages
4) In coordination with operation team ensure that technical drawings is aligned with contract bill of quantities, operations and sub-contractors requirements.
5) Complete all needed quantity survey, and all required technical support to operation team
6) Prepare material submissions and samples needed according to the project s requirements.
7) Complete and update design drawings according to client s requirements and site conditions keeping all stakeholders informed with site changes
8) Identify/resolve design conflicts and/or unclear design information.
9) Resolve technical issues that way arise on-site to prevent any delay in the project plan.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering is a must.
  • 1-Years of experience.
  • Professional in AutoCAD is a must.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to details
