Inc POSITION SUMMARY Leading and mentoring a team of Integration implementation, providing technical guidance, feedback and support. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define technical solutions. Designing and architecture scalable, maintainable and efficient software systems. Implementing best practices, coding standards and quality assurance processes within the team. Participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshooting, resolving technical issues and addressing challenges in project implementation. Serving as a technical expert and advocate for innovation and continuous improvement within the team and company. RESPONSIBILITIES Analyses project requirements and feasibility and develops technical diagrams. Lead the planning, design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software products. Design software systems, considering scalability, performance and security needs. Conduct technical reviews of third-party tools, frameworks and technologies. Identify technical debt and areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance code quality and maintainability. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends and software development methodologies. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor s/Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field. Must have 5+ years of experience in Java/NodeJs/Integration and Web technologies. Experience with agile project management, development methodologies and tools. Experience with cloud technologies and architectures (e.g. Oracle Cloud, Azure, Google Cloud). Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate the team. Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Participate in various phases of the project Design, Build, Test and Deploy. At least one end to end Oracle integration project experience as a Senior OIC/SOA/Mulesoft Developer. Minimum 3 years of experience with SOAP/REST Web Services, XML, WSDL and XSD. Experience in performance tuning, testing and diagnosis of OIC/SOA/Mulesoft/Custom Utility integrations. Must be ready to travel onsite at any time.
