Job Purpose
The Technical Lead will provide technical leadership across development teams, ensuring scalable architecture, best practices, and alignment with enterprise strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of large-scale, secure, and reliable solutions.

Define system architecture, technical roadmaps, and integration strategies.

Mentor development teams and enforce coding standards and best practices.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and enterprise architects to align technology with business objectives.

Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance during project execution.

Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture frameworks.

Oversee and guide hands-on development in Laravel (PHP), MySQL, and React, ensuring efficient backend and frontend integration.

Drive optimization and performance tuning for high-traffic applications.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

7+ years of experience in software design, architecture, and leadership.

Strong expertise in Laravel (PHP), MySQL, and React.

Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.

Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)

TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture)

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
