Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned Technical Lead to lead the technical design, development, and implementation of our projects. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership:

- Provide technical guidance and direction to the development team.

- Ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

2. Project Management:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables.

3. Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team of developers, engineers, and technicians.

- Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

4. Technical Design and Development:

- Design and develop technical solutions that meet business requirements.

- Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

- Collaborate with the development team to implement technical solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2. Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, engineering, or related field.

3. Proven experience in technical leadership, project management, and team management.

4. Strong technical skills in programming languages, software development methodologies, and technologies relevant to our business.

5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
