Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end workload migration planning and execution across multiple cloud environments.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance for Datacenter Migration (DCM) and Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR) initiatives.
  • Define and implement strategies for workload movement, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align migration strategies with business goals.
  • Manage and oversee the technical team to ensure successful delivery of migration milestones.
  • Travel to Nigeria (approx. 6 trips during project duration) to lead onsite activities and client engagements.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in VMware SRM, Metro architectures, OpenShift, and related technologies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for multi-cloud transformation initiatives within the Telco domain.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years of experience in BCDR and DCM projects.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in workload migration planning and execution.
  • Strong expertise in multi-cloud solutions and migration strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading full Datacenter Migrations as a Technical Lead within the Telco domain.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at C-level.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on technical depth in migration tools and methodologies.
