Job description
In the context of major network transformation projects, covering several thousand
sites, we strengthen our operational management with a MER Leader responsible for
coordinating network deployments (operators, LAN, SD-WAN) in compliance with
milestones, quality and resources.
This role is central to the operational success of the scaleovers, in close collaboration with the
project teams, the project managers, the steering bodies, and the
network engineering teams.
Main missions
- Manage teams of MER technicians: recruitment, increase in skills,
- Daily management, coaching.
- Plan and organize MER shifts in HO and HNO, taking into account: project loads (volume, deadlines, resource availability, migration schedules)
- Size the MER teams according to the project waves, the types of sites and the technical complexity.
- Guarantee the quality of on-site or remote interventions (compliance with runbooks, completeness of deliverables, correction of anomalies).
- be the direct point of contact for project managers for the MER phases: progress, blocking points, workload plan.
- Participate in project steering bodies (COPROJ, technical committees), representing the MER activity.
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (success rate, rework, non-conformity, customer satisfaction, etc.).
- Work in synergy with the Engineering, Supervision, Support and Planning departments.

- Education: Bac +5 in Networks & T l coms or Computer Science.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in network deployment environments, including at least 4 years in coordination or management of field teams.
- Technical certifications appr ci es: CCNA/CCNP, ITIL.
- Strong ability to plan, prioritize, allocate resources, manage multiple fronts in parallel.
- Natural leadership, sense of pedagogy and transmission.
- Excellent mastery of project issues (costs, deadlines, quality, management).
- comfortable with planning, ticketing, and management tools (Excel, Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent).
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in French, both written and oral.
- Strength of proposal, rigor, proactivity and result orientation.
- Constraints and working environment
- Responsibility between operational coordination and participation in project committees.
- Daily interactions with technical and non-technical interlocutors (project, customer, production).
- Availability required on certain HNO ranges during critical deployment periods.
