Technical Lead

The Java Technical Lead is responsible for developing the functionalities of the various applications and maintaining them in operational condition. They are also responsible for supporting engineers and technical specialists. Specializing in their field, they are directly involved in all or part of the project.

Activities:

Application development and maintenance:
Analyze, advise, and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of implemented technical solutions;
Ensure code quality, perform tests for all developed functionalities, and guarantee their quality;
Identify risks and seize opportunities related to one's area of ​​expertise, communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders in the project, and recommend action plans;
Participate in the development and revision of standards/technical documentation within the project framework;
Take responsibility for research and development projects and consulting missions;
Stay informed about technologies in one's area of ​​expertise and propose new technical directions in line with the latest developments;
Conduct internal and external training;
Serve as a technical expert on one or more technologies;
Manage reporting and dashboards.

Team Management:
Conduct validation interviews during recruitment and ensure the successful integration of new employees;
promote the skills development of project team members and consolidate training needs;
champion and promote the group's values ​​and ensure their respect and application
