Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Missions :
Application development and maintenance:
- Analyze, advise, and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the technical solutions implemented.
- Ensure code quality, perform tests for all developed functionalities, and guarantee their quality.
- Identify risks and seize opportunities related to one's area of expertise, communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders in the project, and recommend action plans.
- Participate in the development and revision of standards/technical documentation within the framework of the project
- Taking responsibility for research and development projects and consulting missions
- Stay informed about technologies in your area of expertise and propose new technical directions in line with the latest developments.
- Facilitating internal and external training sessions
- to be a technical expert on one or more technologies
- Manage reporting and dashboards
Team Management:
- Conduct validation interviews during recruitment and ensure the successful integration of new employees
- Promote skills development among project team members and consolidate training needs
- to be a bearer and promoter of the group's values and to ensure their respect and application
Desired Candidate Profile
Exp rience & formation :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science (engineering school or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development, including significant experience as a Tech Lead or Technical Lead
Comp tences techniques :
- Excellent mastery of Java (8/11/17)
- p>Frameworks : Spring / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud
- Design and development of REST APIs and microservices architectures
- p>ORM : Hibernate / JPA
- Software quality:
- Unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito)
- Code review, best practices (Clean Code, SOLID)
- Tools:
- p>Git, Maven/Gradle
- p>CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps )
- Good understanding of performance, security and scalability issues
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and/or a cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
- An understanding of front-end technologies (Angular, React) is appreciated.

- Ability to analyze and improve existing solutions
- Ability to formalize technical standards and documentation
- Capacity to identify technical risks and propose action plans
- Proactive in proposing technical directions and innovation
- Ability to manage technical indicators, reporting and dashboards
