Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and architecture of CP4i solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Oversee the implementation of CP4i components, including API Connect, App Connect, MQ, and Event Streams, providing hands-on guidance to the team.
  • Drive the adoption of DevOps practices within the CP4i environment, automating deployments and streamlining the software delivery pipeline.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the CP4i development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Lead a squad of developers/engineers to deliver integration features

end-to-end.

  • Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, code reviews, and quality gates.

  • Ensure DevSecOps practices, test automation, and production readiness

(NFRs).

  • Collaborate with architects to align delivery with target architecture and

standards.

Experience: 7–12+ years overall; 3–5+ years with CP4i/ACE/MQ/API Connect.

Tech Stack

Integration: CP4i (IBM ACE v12,13 IBM MQ 9.x/9.3)

Platform: Red Hat OpenShift, Operators, Helm/Kustomize, Routes/Ingress, RBAC

DevOps: Git, Jenkins, Tekton, Nexus/Artifactory, SonarQube

Obs/SRE: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Splunk.
