Role & responsibilities
To design and lead real-time, high-concurrency, low-latency backend systems.
Experience with caching / in-memory data stores , relational databases , APIs , queues / event-driven architecture , WebSockets or similar real-time communication mechanisms
Experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, orchestration, and production-grade backend deployment
Experience measuring and optimizing latency under load
Familiarity with p95 / p99 latency, load testing, performance tuning, and scaling
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Lead / Senior Backend Architect with strong experience in designing and leading real-time, high-concurrency, low-latency backend systems.
