Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain technical libraries, ensuring ease of access to all documentation.
Collaborate with project teams to supply them with the required technical materials and documents.
Support adherence to data management policies and ensure thorough archiving of project records.
Assist with the development and implementation of library resource policies and procedures.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with document management systems and libraries.
Knowledge of BIM and GIS methodologies is a plus.
Proficiency in database management and standard office software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Library Science, Information Management, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
At least 3-5 years of experience in library services, information management, or documentation control, preferably within the engineering or construction sectors.
