Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee greenhouse systems including irrigation, fertigation, ventilation, cooling, and climate control
Develop and implement crop production plans
Monitor crop growth, productivity, and quality
Supervise technical and field teams
Optimize water, fertilizer, and energy consumption
Manage pest & disease control programs
Analyze agricultural performance data and implement improvements
Ensure compliance with agricultural quality and safety standards
Prepare operational and production reports
Continuously improve greenhouse operational efficiency
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field
Minimum 15 years of experience in greenhouse operations
Strong expertise in Hydroponics / Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA)
Advanced knowledge of irrigation, fertigation, and climate control systems
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in large-scale commercial agricultural projects preferred
