Roles & Responsibilities
Job Opportunity – Greenhouse Technical Manager
� Location: Hail, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking an experienced Greenhouse Technical Manager / Agricultural Engineer with hands-on expertise in commercial tomato greenhouse operations, particularly in Hydroponic / High-Tech Greenhouse environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day greenhouse tomato production operations
Oversee irrigation, fertigation, and nutrient management programs
Monitor and control EC, pH, drain percentage, and irrigation schedules
Operate and supervise climate control systems (cooling, ventilation, humidity, temperature control)
Monitor crop growth stages, plant health, productivity, and yield performance
Implement and manage IPM programs within greenhouse production
Supervise greenhouse labor teams and daily operational activities
Analyze production data and implement performance improvements
Ensure compliance with agricultural quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Prepare technical and operational reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture, or related field
Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in greenhouse operations
Strong experience in commercial tomato production
Mandatory experience in Hydroponic / High-Tech Greenhouses
Strong technical knowledge of:
Climate Control Systems
Irrigation & Fertigation
EC / pH / Drain Management
IPM inside greenhouse environments
Crop productivity optimization
Proven experience managing greenhouse labor teams
Strong English communication skills preferred
Experience in large-scale commercial greenhouse projects is highly preferred
