Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Technical Supervision

  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV and low current systems including:
  • CCTV surveillance systems
  • Intrusion alarm systems
  • Fire alarm systems
  • Access control systems
  • Structured cabling and other ELV infrastructure
  • Ensure all systems are installed according to project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.

3. Project Execution

  • Oversee project execution from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.

4. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the technical point of contact for clients and consultants.
  • Attend project meetings and provide technical updates.
  • Resolve technical issues and ensure client satisfaction.

5. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as NFPA for fire systems and other relevant ELV regulations.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks on installations.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and as-built drawings.

6. Troubleshooting & Maintenance

  • Diagnose and resolve system faults or operational issues.
  • Support maintenance teams for complex technical problems.
  • Ensure proper testing and commissioning procedures are followed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering.

Certifications or training in ELV systems, fire alarm systems, or security systems are preferred.

Experience

5 10 years of experience in ELV / Low Current systems.

Proven experience managing CCTV, intrusion alarm, fire alarm, and access control projects.

Experience supervising technical teams and managing site installations.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of ELV and security systems architecture.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system schematics.

Leadership and team management skills.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Knowledge of project management practices.

Preferred Skills

Experience with major security and fire system brands (e.g., Hikvision, Bosch, Honeywell, Axis Communications).

Familiarity with relevant standards such as National Fire Protection Association guidelines for fire alarm systems.
