Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Direct the technical department, coordinate all processes and oversee engineering, IT, and maintenance teams.
Oversee system architecture, design, and implementation
Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams to define requirements
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
Conduct code reviews and maintain technical documentation
Provide technical support for key customers and ensure service excellence.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
4-5 years of experience in technical expertise, Networking, Data Center, System
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Fluent in English, French and Arabic
