Roles & Responsibilities

Operations:

  • Technical Support / IT for Online exhibitors manual and online agents manual

  • Technical and operational requirements onsite

  • Conduct training and demo to staff, exhibitors and agents

  • IT set up for events/activations

  • Liasing with Digital and other technical contractors

  • Floor plan / Autocad

IT Support and Troubleshooting

Providing technical support to staff is a core aspect of this role. The Technical Manager addresses and resolves IT issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring that employees have the tools they need to perform their tasks efficiently.

  • App Management and Maintenance

  • Subscriptions, Emails and Production App renewal and management

  • Website management, updates and maintenance

  • Mutant website management, updates and maintenance

  • Implements and enforces security protocols, conducts regular audits, and stays updated on the latest cybersecurity threats to protect the company's assets.

Database Management

  • Database preparation for email campaigns

  • Database import and export across various apps and software

  • Update and Management
