Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all technical and design coordination activities across multiple projects.
• Oversee architectural, structural, and MEP design integration and ensure project compliance
• Manage and review design deliverables to ensure alignment with UAE authority regulations and project requirements
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with local authority standards including municipality regulations, Civil Defence, and other statutory bodies
• Manage design risk, technical issues, and provide effective engineering solutions
• Supervise and mentor technical teams including architects, engineers, and BIM staff
• Support project execution from concept through construction supervision stages
• Ensure quality assurance and technical governance across all deliverables

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 12 -15 years of experience in engineering consultancy / construction industry
• Strong UAE experience in consultancy and design coordination is mandatory
• Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority submission and approval processes
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and technical standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working on large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with high-rise and complex building projects
• Strong background in design management and technical governance
• Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows
• Ability to resolve complex technical and design conflicts
• Strong client-facing and decision-making abilities.
