Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Core function: Lead technical delivery excellence, presales support, and engineering standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise technical support and project engineers; ensure best practices and quality control.
  • Own technical design governance, solution architecture, and standardization of deliverables.
  • Support presales activities for complex projects (design review, compliance, integration approach).
  • Manage vendor technical coordination, product certifications, and knowledge transfer.
  • Lead and manage the technical engineering team to deliver high-quality access control, biometric, and security solutions.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and customer support to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to enhance product reliability, usability, and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend and integrate innovative solutions into the company s product portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and quality management systems.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to engineering staff.
  • Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling for technical projects.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support to internal teams and clients.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation for stakeholders and executive leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical management or engineering leadership role within the security, access control, or related technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing technical teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of access control systems, biometric devices, CCTV, VMS, and related technologies.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Experience with quality management systems and compliance with industry standards.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market demands.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Willingness to work onsite and coordinate with various departments and external partners.
