Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Manager with a minimum of 10 years experience in construction, including significant work within the Saudi market. The ideal candidate must be a graduate in Architecture and hold professional registration recognized in Saudi Arabia (e.g., Saudi Council of Engineers SCE, or equivalent). This senior leadership role will ensure technical excellence across design, approvals, and construction execution in compliance with KSA standards, regulatory requirements, and best international practices.
