Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Job Purpose:

    To lead and manage all technical, engineering, design, modification, reliability, and process optimization functions of Taaheel’s waste treatment, recycling, incineration, glycol, and spent caustic facilities, ensuring safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective plant performance in line with EHSS, Royal Commission, and company standards.

    1. Scope:

    Covers all engineering design, plant modifications, troubleshooting, reliability enhancement, documentation control, minor/major technical projects, and technical support activities across all operating units and utilities within Taaheel facilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical / Mechanical 10–15years in petrochemical / waste treatment / process industry Strong knowledge of incinerators, pumps, burners, tanks, pipelines, utilities Experience in MOC, RCA, PSSR, and reliability programs Knowledge of EHSS and Saudi industrial regulations
