We are partnering with a renowned premium fashion brand to appoint an exceptional Technical Manager to lead their product development, fit, and technical strategy across multiple categories. THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE RELOCATION TO SAUDI ARABIA.

The Role

As Technical Manager, you will be the guardian of product excellence ensuring every garment meets the highest standards of fit, construction, performance, and brand aesthetic. You will lead a team of technologists while collaborating closely with Design, Product Development, and Sourcing teams to deliver flawless collections season after season.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the technical function, managing fit sessions, and driving consistent block development.
• Ensuring all products meet quality, compliance, and performance standards across global markets.
• Partnering with design to translate creative concepts into technically robust, production-ready garments.
• Working with suppliers to optimise construction, solve technical challenges, and ensure right-first-time sampling.
• Driving continuous improvement across processes, documentation, garment engineering, and sustainability initiatives.
• Supporting seasonal critical path management to ensure timely development and approval.

About You

We are looking for a proactive, solutions-focused technical leader with a passion for premium product and an expert understanding of garment construction. You will thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment and bring a meticulous eye for detail.

You will have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Technologist or Technical Manager within premium or luxury fashion.
• Strong multi-product knowledge (e.g., woven, jersey, tailoring, outerwear).
• Expertise in pattern cutting, grading, and fit development.
• Excellent communication and supplier management skills.
• A collaborative approach with the confidence to influence at all levels.
