Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review BOQs, shop drawings (including steel detailing), and technical documentation.
  • Interpret and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and project contracts.
  • Coordinate with project teams for accurate and timely delivery of technical office tasks.
  • Support project execution through material take-offs, cost estimates, comparisons, and technical reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local construction codes, standards, and project requirements.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues related to earthworks, concrete works, roads, and landscaping.
  • Maintain organized project records, drawings, and documentation.
  • Ensure all work aligns with company quality and safety standards.
  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 2 4 years of relevant experience in a technical office role within the construction industry.
  • Strong background in road construction and landscape projects (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering software.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, project workflows, and civil engineering principles.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
