Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the technical office team (architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, draftsmen).
- Organize and assign tasks to ensure deadlines are met with high standards.
- Review and validate architectural, structural, and MEP shop drawings.
- Coordinate between all disciplines to avoid conflicts and ensure design integrity.
- Ensure drawings and documents comply with project specifications and local codes.
- Review project specifications, contract documents, and BOQs.
- Ensure that project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to ensure execution aligns with technical plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in construction and finishing works.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within a technical office.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project/Primavera, and other design tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
