Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Prepare project quotations and pricing (BOQ / Quotation).
Perform accurate quantity take-off from drawings and site measurements.
Prepare and review shop drawings in coordination with drafting/execution team.
Review project requirements, technical specifications, and material needs.
Prepare purchase requests and material lists based on project requirements.
Follow up on revisions and technical notes with clients/consultants.
Support site team with technical solutions and drawing clarifications.
Minimum 3 years experience in Technical Office / Estimation.
Experience in Aluminum Glass Steel Stainless Steel works.
Strong skills in Pricing & Estimation + Quantity Surveying.
Excellent knowledge of technical details (facades, doors, windows, railings, glass partitions ).
AutoCAD (Must).
Excel (Must).
Strong communication skills, accuracy, and fast delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years experience in Technical Office / Estimation.
Experience in Aluminum Glass Steel Stainless Steel works.
