Technical Office Engineer - Furniture Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for furniture projects, including kitchens, dressings, and custom units.
• Analyze drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to extract accurate quantities.
• Calculate material requirements (wood panels, hardware, accessories, finishes, and fittings).
• Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to align BOQs with project requirements.
• Support cost estimation and pricing for tenders and client quotations.
• Review and update BOQs based on design changes or site conditions.
• Assist the procurement team with material specifications and quantities.
• Ensure BOQs comply with company standards and project budgets.
• Maintain BOQ databases and cost records for reference and analysis.

Skills & Competencies:

• Minimum 3 Years of experience astrongt BOQ Specialist Furniture Industry
• Strong knowledge of strongfurniture materials, fittings, and accessories.
• Excellent quantity take-off and cost estimation skills.
• Proficient in strongAutoCAD, Excel, and BOQ preparation tools.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
