Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical support for design and execution
Review drawings and ensure compliance with specifications
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients
Monitor site progress, schedules, and resource allocation
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design
Resolve technical issues to avoid delays
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Maintain project documentation and reports
Perform quality checks and address non-conformities
Support and guide junior team members
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or a Higher Technical Diploma (or similar certification)
Additional certifications are an advantage
Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role, with UAE experience preferred
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
