Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and review architectural shop drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop detailed material take-offs and bill of quantities for aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, and related products.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of technical submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation.
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Support project managers in tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
- Maintain organized records of project documentation, drawings, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all project phases.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Architecture, Civil, interior design degree
- 3-5 years' experience in aluminum field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft office
- Revit is a plus
- Good command of English
