Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and review architectural and interior drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation in accordance with project requirements.

Assist in the preparation of material submittals, and project documentation for client and consultant approval.

Ensure all interior ,architectural drawings ,documents comply with local codes, standards, and regulations.

Maintain organized records of project correspondence, drawings, and documentation.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the technical office to enhance workflow efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture or interior design
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical office or as interior designer .
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, photoshop, and other architectural design software.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and documentation standards.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address technical challenges.
  • Willingness to work onsite as required and adapt to project needs.
