Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and coordinate technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation for ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and design teams to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
- Analyze project contracts, specifications, and bill of quantities to support accurate planning and execution.
- Assist in preparing material submittals, technical reports, and method statements for client and consultant approval.
- Monitor project progress, identify technical challenges, and propose effective solutions to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with project standards.
- Conduct site visits to verify implementation of technical drawings and resolve on-site issues.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date and accessible.
- Support the estimation and tendering process by providing technical input and clarifications.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project execution.
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a technical office engineering role within the construction or finishing materials sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, technical documentation, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
