Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare technical and financial offers for tenders.
  • Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
  • Prepare technical submittals, design calculations, and compliance sheets according to standards.
  • Ensure all technical documents meet client and consultant requirements.
  • Handle cost estimation and supplier coordination.
  • Provide technical support for sales and project teams.
  • Study tender documents and identify technical and commercial requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of offers according to tender deadlines.
  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1 2 years of experience in Firefighting or HVAC systems.
  • Previous experience in contracting and installation projects is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of site work, quantity surveying, and preparation of invoices/submittals.
  • Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Excel, and technical standards.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and negotiate effectively with suppliers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

1 2 years of experience in Firefighting or HVAC systems.

Previous experience in contracting and installation projects is a must.

Strong knowledge of site work, quantity surveying, and preparation of invoices/submittals.

Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Excel, and technical standards.
