Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and maintain detailed technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and project reports.
- Assist in the preparation of technical submittals and shop drawings for projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure clarity and accuracy of technical documents.
- Ensure that all project documentation, such as design drawings, calculations, and project reports, are up to date and in compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimations and material take-offs for projects.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates and resolving any technical issues that arise.
- Ensure the timely delivery of materials and components required for the project.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor the implementation of designs and provide technical support to the on-site team.
- Review and ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control processes, and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution, ensuring work is performed according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Liaise between the technical team, architects, contractors, and clients to resolve any design or technical queries.
- Attend project meetings, provide technical input, and ensure that all engineering requirements are met.
- Support the engineering team with research and development of new solutions for project challenges.
- Assist in managing project budgets by monitoring material usage and ensuring resources are used efficiently.
- Review material and equipment requisitions, and ensure they are in line with project specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer is required.
- Proficiency in (AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office) is a must and Primavera is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management processes.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
