Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Study project specifications and tender documents to ensure full technical compliance.
- Coordinate with to support project execution.
- Assist the sales team by providing , system selections, and value engineering when required.
- Prepare technical comparisons and support procurement and supplier coordination.
- Follow up on approvals, revisions, and responses from consultants and clients.
- Ensure all submitted documents comply with project requirements.
- Maintain organized records of technical documentation and project correspondence.
- Support site teams with technical clarifications and problem-solving when needed.
Requirements:
- 2 3 years of proven experience in a Technical Office or Technical Sales Engineering role.
- Strong hands-on experience with pumps, fire protection systems, and related electromechanical solutions.
- Proven ability to prepare and review technical submittals, drawings, and data sheets.
- Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and approval authorities.
- Solid understanding of project specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in the construction, infrastructure, or industrial sector.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Background in Mechanical, Civil, or Electromechanical works (degree or equivalent practical experience).
- Knowledge of fire protection standards (NFPA, FM, UL).
- Experience supporting sales teams with technical selections and proposals.
- Previous exposure to pump systems (firefighting, water supply, booster systems).
