Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Preparing cost estimates and pricing for residential alteration works.

  • Requesting, receiving, and comparing quotations from contractors and suppliers.
  • Assisting in contractor negotiations and scope finalization.
  • Preparing BOQs, quotations, and technical specifications.
  • Reviewing drawings and extracting quantities.

Supporting the Alterations Department Manager in commercial and technical tasks.

Experience in residential compounds or developers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering.

  • 3 5 years experience in technical office or costing (fit-out & alterations).
  • Strong experience in residential finishes and MEP works.
  • Good command of AutoCAD and Excel.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of local market prices.
  • Candidates residing in or near the project location.(preferred)
