Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review shop drawings and technical submittals for furniture and finishing works.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop detailed material take-offs and bill of quantities for furniture and finishing scopes.
  • Oversee the selection and specification of materials, ensuring compliance with project standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose effective solutions.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
  • Conduct site visits to verify installation accuracy and adherence to approved drawings.
  • Support value engineering initiatives to optimize cost and quality.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
  • Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in technical office roles focused on furniture and finishing.
  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes and finishing materials.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to interpret and prepare technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and documentation.
