Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for the design of the project, overseeing work execution, ensuring compliance with specifications and design, monitoring material quality and selection, coordinating and resolving problems, and preparing quantity surveying.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing Design from Concept to detailed design
  • Preparing Working drawings for construction;
  • Material Selection.
  • Prepare quantity surveying.
  • Inspect project sites to monitor progress if needed
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff.
  • Checking and preparing designs, and drawings.
  • Providing technical advice.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple site tasks.
  • Monitoring progress of the project & oversee the running operations of the site & make sure that it will meet the deadline.
  • Providing technical advice and solving problems on site

Desired Candidate Profile

College / University, Bachelor of Engineering Architecture or Fine Arts.

  • Required 3 - 5 site experience in finishing work (fit-out works).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A perfect user of AutoCAD 2D.
  • A perfect user of 3D max
  • A perfect user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Private car for the freedom of movement between projects and driving license.
