Roles & Responsibilities

We are searching for a driven Technical Office Manager ( Furniture ) to join us.

We are manufacturing and distribution of furniture. Everything is studied to offer the right balance in a wide range which covers contemporary styles with classic styles and from the most modular to the most exclusive.

Job Description:

  • Prepare detailed production orders, cutting lists and shop drawings and specify the nature, quantity and quality of the materials required and select suitable accessories and methods.
  • Ensure that quality control standards are met.
  • Maintain a production schedule.
  • Follow-up on the performance indicators for each stage.
  • Review working shop drawings for projects & its facilities whenever needed.
  • Prepare all the reports of the assigned departments.
  • Study and reply for requests information for all missing, unclear conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during production phase

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree of Applied Arts (Academic background in Industrial design, applied arts, interior design, engineering).
  • Well-organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to handle the work Pressure
  • Past experience in using Solid-works program
