Indesign for Office & Hotel Furniture is seeking a qualified strong>Project / Technical Office Engineer/strong> with a strong background in strong>office furniture and wooden works/strong>. The selected candidate will be responsible for design, shop drawings, BOQs, ,layouts, project execution, coordination, client communication, and site follow-up).

This role requires a candidate who can efficiently bridge the gap between strong>design, technical preparation, sales support, and on-site project execution/strong>, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• Prepare furniture production strong>shop drawings, Bills of Materials, cutting sheets, and lists/strong>.
• Prepare strong>furniture layouts, presentations, 3D renderings/strong>, and design solutions according to client requirements.
• Prepare and review strong>working shop drawings/strong> for projects and related facilities when required.
• Prepare strong>concept, schematic, and detailed interior and furniture design drawings and renderings/strong>.
• Study, analyze, and respond to strong>RFIs/strong> and resolve missing, unclear, or conflicting technical information.
• Handle strong>customer modifications/strong> and adjustment items and reflect them accurately in drawings and documents.
• Prepare and review strong>project contract documents/strong>, including time schedules, design drawings, BOQs, and related documents.
• Plan, manage, and follow up on projects involving strong>furniture and wooden works/strong> (including cladding, doors, and ceilings).
• Coordinate with strong>production, installation, sales, and other internal departments/strong> to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up with the strong>production and installation teams/strong> to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Conduct strong>site visits/strong> to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Serve as a strong>point of contact with clients/strong>, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the strong>sales team/strong> by providing technical input, drawings, presentations, and assistance in preparing technical and financial offers.
• Maintain complete and organized strong>project documentation/strong>, reports, and schedules.

strong>Qualifications & Experience/strong>

• Bachelor s degree in strong>Applied Arts, Interior Or Industrial Design/strong>, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 strong>years of experience/strong> in strong>office furniture/strong> (technical office and/or project roles).

Proven ability to work in strong>both technical and project engineering capacities/strong>.

Technical Skills:

Excellent command of:

strong>3ds Max/strong>

strong>Photoshop/strong>

strong>Microsoft Office/strong>

strong>Solid Works ( Is A Plus)/strong>

Experience in preparing strong>shop drawings, BOQs, tender documents, and technical offers/strong>.

Strong understanding of furniture production, installation, and site coordination.
