Technical Office Manager

Lead and supervise the technical office team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation for elevator and escalator projects./p>

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and draftsmen within the technical office./p>

Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards./p>

Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of engineering accuracy and safety./p>

Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to risk assessments, value engineering, and constructability reviews./p>

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all technical office activities./p>

• BSc in Engineering (mandatory)
• 8 12 years of relevant experience (construction / contracting industry preferred)
• Strong administrative & office operations management skills
• Excellent communication & stakeholder coordination
• Ability to manage office workflows, documentation, and reporting
