Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and draftsmen (structural, civil, MEP, architectural).
Ensure all drawings, models, and calculations comply with U.S. codes and standards (ASCE, ACI, AISC, NFPA, NEC, IBC, etc.).
Implement and oversee QA/QC procedures for all deliverables before submission.
Coordinate daily with the U.S. partner s engineers to align design requirements, comments, and schedules.
Manage project timelines, workloads, and resource planning for multiple projects.
Conduct internal design reviews, resolve technical issues, and maintain clear documentation.
Train and develop the Egyptian team to meet U.S. design and documentation standards.
Prepare regular progress reports and ensure consistent, professional communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
15+ years of experience in design offices, including at least 5 years in a management or coordination role.
Proven experience working with U.S. or international design standards.
Strong command of English (spoken and written).
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, and related design tools.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
