Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Prepare quantity take-offs from tender and shop drawings. Develop and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Prepare and review monthly payment certificates for clients and subcontractors. Measure and verify executed quantities on-site against contract drawings. Prepare variation orders and assess additional or omitted works. Coordinate with site engineers to resolve technical and quantity-related issues. Monitor material quantities and ensure alignment with project requirements. Prepare final quantity reconciliation and project final accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in Quantity Surveying / Technical Office within construction projects. Strong knowledge of BOQs, invoices, variation orders, and quantity take-off. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and quantity surveying software. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
