Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the technical office team (engineers, draftsmen, QS, etc.).

  • Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents before submission.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, site teams, and clients for technical clarifications.
  • Prepare and review quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Resolve any technical issues or conflicts that may arise during execution.
  • Prepare as-built drawings and handover documentation.
  • Manage and control technical correspondence and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support procurement and planning departments with technical data and requirements.
  • Ensure all works comply with safety and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, (Mandatory)

Preference Will be Given to Graduates of Public Universities (Cairo,Ain shams,Helwan) ETC.br>Cairo Residents. (Mandatory)

8-10 Years Of Experience Maximum (at least 2 5 years As a Manager Or Team Leader).

Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and codes.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera (basics) and project management tools.

Excellent understanding of project coordination, quantity surveying, and cost control.

Car Owner (Preferred).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
