Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist with installing and configuring devices and applications.
Log and follow up on IT support tickets.
Help with user account setup and access requests.
Perform routine system checks and report issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a graduate UAE National from Dubai or Sharjah with basic knowledge of IT Support. The ideal candidate should understand troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and basic networking, with good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
