Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all technical operations within the production facility to ensure optimal efficiency and quality standards.

Develop, implement, and refine operational processes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

Lead, mentor, and supervise cross-functional technical teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Coordinate with design, engineering, and production departments to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational enhancement.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies across all technical operations.

Manage resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets.

Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external partners to maintain smooth supply chain operations.

Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in production capabilities.

Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 8 years experience in technical operations management, preferably within interior design, manufacturing, or production environments.

Proven track record of managing large-scale production facilities and multidisciplinary teams.

Strong understanding of operational process optimization and workflow management.

Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in a production setting.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in using ERP systems and production management software.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.

Willingness to work onsite and collaborate closely with various departments.
