Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Bridge Between Global and Local Teams

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Tray KSA, Tray US, and Alraedah Digital.
  • Translate commercial priorities into technical requirements and vice versa.
  • Ensure consistent and transparent communication across all stakeholders.
  • Challenge and negotiate technical and product decisions from the U.S. team to ensure local market fit.

2. Technical Delivery and Integration

  • Oversee integrations with local accounting, payments, and compliance systems to meet Saudi regulatory and business needs.
  • Manage and monitor the technical rollout and testing of Tray Lite, ensuring compatibility with global Tray architecture.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks caused by backend changes from the U.S. platform that could impact KSA operations.
  • Maintain an overview of system architecture, API dependencies, and local customization requirements.

3. Product Support and Evolution

  • Support the continued evolution of Tray Lite transforming it from a pilot prototype into a stable, market-ready solution.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define the roadmap and future vision for Tray Lite and Sajal.
  • Ensure user feedback loops are structured, analyzed, and communicated effectively to guide development decisions.

4. Regulatory and Compliance Assurance

  • Oversee technical compliance for ZATCA e-invoicing and related regulations through Sajal.
  • Ensure all integrations and product updates adhere to local laws and standards.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant data handling.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Experience: 6 10 years in technical operations, product management, or engineering leadership within SaaS, fintech, or POS systems (preferably in restaurant POS systems).
  • Proven experience working in multi-regional technology environments or cross-border projects.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, POS architecture, and cloud-based software systems.
  • Experience with ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing or similar regulatory technologies is a strong advantage.
  • Track record of managing projects that bridge technical and commercial objectives.
